we made our way to the sarova mara game camp for some r&r time. i was really looking forward to this portion of the trip as i have always wanted to go on safari. we arrived at the hotel for lunch and then had our first game drive that very afternoon! it did not disappoint. this pride of sleeping lions was one of the highlights. a few females and their cubs. papa was off to the side, also sleeping away.
