in between dreams

this is actually last week's photo - i wasn't sure which version to use so i am presenting both below. they are variations of the same image - i ended up choosing the first one because it doesn't as closely resemble my previous selfies. admittedly, this image freaks me out a little. ok more than a little. i'm not sure why but it reminds me of sharon tate and valley of the dolls. i haven't seen the movie but i've read helter skelter, which is probably why the association is troubling.
